Electees was started by a small group of creative people who wanted to help support progressive candidates and ideas in elections across the country. We are currently making kick-ass designs for candidates we know and love, but there are so many races across the country it’s sometimes hard to keep up. If you know of a great candidate who’s tee we don’t have, let us know.
We’re small
Based in Tucson, Arizona, our small company prints all of our shirts by hand (well, using machines of course) to ensure the highest quality. We print using screen printing techniques as well as computerized direct-to-garment methods- this is how we’re able to pay our employees a fair wage, keeping our manufacturing local and our prices low.

Electees couldn’t operate without our wonderful employees. Our team values creativity, diversity, learning and trying new things. What’s your return and exchange policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on any unwashed and unworn item within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please email info@electees.org – For any returns set up, you will receive a refund of the full product cost for the item or items you’re returning.
Certain items (discontinued items, select sale items, and others) may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is not eligible, it will be noted on the product page for that item.
I just placed an order but I don’t see the shipment tracking number.
Once your order starts, you’ll get an update when we are printing your shipping label. It might take up to 48 hours (although it usually takes about 4-5) for us to get ready to ship it, at which point you’ll get another email with the shipping tracking number.
How long will it take to get my order?
Each order has different variables which could cause times to change, but generally orders placed before 12pm noon, local Tucson, Arizona time, get sent out the next day before 2pm. If we plan to take a holiday you’ll see a message at the very top of the page letting you know about turnaround times. Because some items are custom printed and others are readily available in-stock, orders can sometimes take up to 5 business days to complete, but this is rare.
How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts are regular cuts, designed exclusively for us by a garment manufacturer located in the USA. They are not slim fit, husky, or any other style. The smoothness is comparable to American Apparel shirts. These are not flimsy, cheap tees – they are hand stitched and sewn.
How and where are your shirts made?
Electees are made from the finest high quality 100% combed ring spun cotton fabric that are 30 singles. This results in an incredibly smooth tee. They are manufactured in the USA unless otherwise specified on our website. On the rare occasion that our supply cannot meet demand, Electees may be manufactured elsewhere. Electees are always exclusively printed in our home town of Tucson, Arizona.
Do you endorse a candidate by the name of…?
Politicians are liars. We all know this, and there’s nothing we can do about that. But when we catch politicians lying, then we can evaluate whether or not its a good idea for us to be promoting their messages. Generally, we don’t make products for people we think are jerks. This includes anyone who’s ever been good friends with Donald Trump, Dick Cheney, or anyone with the last name Bush. We also will never promote messages of hate – except when we absolutely hate certain politicians, you know the ones.
I bought an item and now it’s on sale, can I get a partial refund?
Occasionally, we adjust the pricing on our items. Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you purchased it.
Why was I charged a “Customs Fee” when my order was delivered?
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes as they enter the destination country. We apologize for the inconvenience and wish there were a way around them, but unfortunately this is a necessary evil for international orders. Please consult your country’s laws regarding any additional fees you may have to pay as the items arrive in your country. We can not mark any international packages as gifts-sorry!
I was issued a refund, but I never got the money?
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
Can I visit your store in person?
Currently, we do not have any physical stores. If you have any questions regarding the sizes or anything else, please feel free to ask. Please remember that Electees does allow free returns and exchanges on all of our garments, so if its not 100% perfect, you’re not stuck with it.
Can I design a shirt?
Sure! Use our simple Photoshop template. Download it here.
When you’ve finished your design, add it to the template and email it to info@electees.org. We’ll handle the rest. Sometimes designs submitted don’t make it to the website. While we are unable to provide critique, we encourage you to keep submitting designs. When mocking up shirt colors, please use the following color codes:
